Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Windows Server operating systems, including upgrades, migrations, and technical debt reduction.
  • Architect and administer Okta SSO, MFA, and identity flows, including global privileged access management strategies.
  • Automate IT operations using PowerShell and low-code/no-code tools such as Okta Workflows and Power Automate.
  • Administer SharePoint Online as the primary owner of site collections, permissions, and data lifecycle policies across M365 and Google Workspace.
  • Oversee email configurations, email filtering, and eDiscovery requests to support secure organizational communication.
  • Maintain the availability and reliability of core services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory site topologies.
  • Administer and optimize SCCM and Intune for device compliance and automated software deployment.
  • Monitor, audit, and improve Active Directory structures, including GPOs, OU design, and system health.
  • Implement least-privileged access models and support security-first infrastructure practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement across the enterprise systems team.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Active Directory administration, including GPO design, OU structural maintenance, and health monitoring.
  • Expert-level PowerShell scripting experience for bulk automation, health reporting, and system integrations.
  • Strong experience resolving complex technical failures and handling architectural challenges.
  • Experience implementing and auditing least-privileged access models.
  • Ability to execute rigorous server decommissioning processes and continuous infrastructure improvement.
  • Microsoft or Google certification preferred, such as M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Google Professional Workspace Administrator.
  • Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Professional credential preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate standards preferred.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments preferred.
