Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Write detailed PRDs that incorporate interactive prototypes created with AI-powered tools and translate them into actionable engineering specifications.
  • Partner with cross-functional leads to define realistic delivery timelines and shared milestone commitments.
  • Facilitate shared progress tracking, surface risks early, and help resolve blockers before deadlines are at risk.
  • Work with engineering leads to scope initiatives accurately, break down complex work into deliverables, and confirm technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, requirements, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria and due dates for every item.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
  • Monitor and communicate key product metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product development speed and output quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a software engineering organization.
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to read code, understand system architecture, and participate in technical discussions with engineers.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered product development tools such as Claude Cowork, v0, Figma, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce prototype-driven PRDs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in requirements documentation, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, unambiguous specifications.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing delivery within sprint frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and market trends into a product strategy.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is required.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with distributed teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with identity verification products or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD annually, depending on experience and leveling.
