Description

  • Manage and publish content across the global WordPress website, including product pages, solution pages, and regional content.
  • Maintain a large digital product catalog so pages remain accurate, complete, well-structured, and optimized for search and conversion.
  • Enforce content governance by maintaining brand guidelines, taxonomy, and metadata standards across pages and markets.
  • Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and structured data.
  • Lead AI optimization efforts so content performs well in AI-generated search results, featured snippets, and large language model outputs.
  • Monitor organic search performance and turn findings from tools such as Google Search Console, UberSuggest, Semrush, or Ahrefs into recommendations.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, cannibalization issues, and declining pages, then build and execute remediation plans.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization by designing and running A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, forms, and calls to action.
  • Identify and test UX improvements that reduce friction for buyers navigating the product portfolio and solution set.
  • Track and report on web KPIs, present insights to marketing leadership, and coordinate content localization with regional and international teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a closely related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on WordPress experience managing pages, plugins, and content updates.
  • Solid working knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and structured data.
  • Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and form improvement.
  • Familiarity with AI optimization and structuring content for AI-driven search and featured snippets.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • A commitment to staying current on digital technologies, web trends, and evolving best practices across SEO, AIO, CMS, and UX.
  • Strong attention to detail, content quality, and brand consistency.
  • Copywriting or substantive web editing skills for product pages, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing/fabrication or other complex product environments.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS to troubleshoot WordPress issues and communicate with developers.
  • Experience connecting web forms to marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
