Description

Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-aligned content.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic and high-conversion opportunities.
Perform regular SEO audits and automated analysis to identify website improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
Help build and scale the SEO department by guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and report on results to drive data-informed decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met on time.
Conceptualize and coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar role.
Deep understanding of full-stack SEO.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department.
Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Willingness to follow established processes and guidelines while contributing to team leadership.
