Description

  • Design and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize keyword-focused content.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion opportunities.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and automated website analysis to identify improvements and maintain best practices.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven reporting and recommendations.
  • Build and scale the SEO department, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of full-stack SEO, including content, keyword, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience using SEO tools for audits, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience improving search rankings and generating leads through SEO.
  • Ability to lead projects and teams and contribute to scaling an SEO department.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote role.
  • Knowledge of current SEO trends and best practices.
