Description

  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Partner with the content team to create and optimize keyword-focused content.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion opportunities.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and automated website analyses to identify improvements.
  • Execute initiatives that increase organic lead generation and search rankings.
  • Build and scale the SEO department, mentoring junior team members.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SEO objectives on time.
  • Coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of full-stack SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Experience using SEO tools for audits, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Experience driving lead generation and improving search engine rankings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams and scale an SEO function.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with current SEO trends and best practices.
