Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-aligned content.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-conversion opportunities.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and automated analysis to identify improvements and maintain best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor SEO performance and report on results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met on time.
  • Lead and help build the SEO department by mentoring junior team members and supporting established processes.
  • Coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of full-stack SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department.
  • Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work remotely from one of the listed Latin American countries.
