Description

Lead UX planning, research, and design direction across multiple digital products.
Champion user-centred thinking and embed UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business requirements, customer insights, and technical constraints into design strategies and solutions.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define problems and align cross-functional teams.
Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, observational studies, and heuristic evaluations.
Analyse customer behaviour, user journeys, and product analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to support experience design decisions.
Produce wireframes, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define priorities and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design standards, systems, and guidelines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with expertise in complex digital platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design processes, research insights, and measurable outcomes.
Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and UX methodologies is preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally within agile or product-led teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead UX initiatives across multiple projects or product streams.
Solid understanding of responsive design, component libraries, and accessibility principles.
Experience designing for eCommerce, B2B platforms, or internal workflow tools is preferred.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and React is preferred.
Background in service design, systems thinking, design ops, experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics is preferred.
