Description

  • Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights that support business improvement strategies.
  • Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements with high accuracy.
  • Oversee the quality of training data, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide translations and contextual understanding to align data with language and cultural nuances.
  • Offer suggestions to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Research and analyze data for various entities, tools, and datasets introduced through on-the-job training.
  • Review data for accuracy, reliability, and consistency in a task-based, first-come, first-served workflow.
  • Communicate and complete assigned tasks through WhatsApp, email, or Slack after onboarding.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write in both Ukrainian and English.
  • Must be comfortable with a freelance, task-based role with irregular or intermittent work availability.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a functioning device such as a laptop or desktop.
  • Must be available to work in the IST time zone, preferably starting from 8am IST onward.
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, including reading, writing, and/or speaking.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
  • Experience with data labeling, data manipulation, or quality assurance in technology or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
  • Ability to complete onboarding through Deel.com and provide accurate documentation as required.
  • Certification as a Linguist is a plus.

Benefits

  • Remote freelance opportunity with supplemental-income potential.
  • Flexible task-based schedule ranging from 0 to 20 hours per week.
  • Compensation paid hourly based on location, including $3-$5/hour in Kazakhstan, $3-$4/hour in Moldova, $3-$5/hour in Brazil, $7/hour in Poland, and $5-$7/hour in Romania and Slovakia.
  • Independent contractor 1099 arrangement, with W-8 BEN provided for most non-U.S. candidates.
  • Onboarding through Deel.com for global contractor compliance.
