Description

  • Lead and develop a team of social media strategists and managers supporting client social media programs.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development to improve team performance and content quality.
  • Monitor content output and performance across client social accounts, including audience data, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including budgets, content and audience trend analysis, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on administrative requirements and tools needed to run and optimize programs.
  • Produce client-facing reports that summarize performance, key metrics, strategic insights, and ROI.
  • Lead weekly client meetings, present program updates, and facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, recognition, and high standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or program coordination role.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to tailor messaging to Latino creators and audiences based on client goals.
  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies.
  • Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred.
