Description

  • Translate creative strategy into repeatable, scalable systems for AI-powered content production.
  • Collaborate with creative, innovation, and social teams to ensure automated outputs align with brand voice, cultural relevance, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline ideation, production, and publishing through automation.
  • Use performance data and audience insights to continuously refine creative systems and content workflows.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for short-form content creation using AI tools (e.g., Runway, Higgsfield, Veo, ChatGPT, Sora).
  • Design modular creative frameworks (templates, prompts, pipelines) that enable rapid, high-volume content production.
  • Integrate AI tools with automation platforms to reduce manual effort across creative operations and test/implement new tools to improve efficiency.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and system logic, and train/support team members on automated creative pipelines and AI-assisted production methods.
  • Manage AI Studio operations by tracking creative workflows, automation performance, production timelines, and maintaining systems for requests, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, creative production, digital operations, or automation-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience using AI creative tools for image, video, or copy generation.
  • Experience building or maintaining automated workflows using Zapier, Make, scripts, internal tools, or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with APIs, prompt engineering, or no-code tooling (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of short-form, social-first content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Familiarity with content analytics, performance tracking, and optimization loops.
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with the ability to translate creative strategy into operational workflows.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort documenting processes, training team members, and acting as a bridge between creative vision and technical execution.
  • Deep awareness of internet culture, trends, and platform behavior.
