Description

  • Create high-quality graphic assets for email marketing, social media, marketing campaigns, website content, and digital promotions.
  • Design visual materials that support marketing and sales efforts, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, digital banners, and promotional materials.
  • Develop on-brand visuals for social media and digital campaigns that communicate the company mission and engage the audience.
  • Design graphics and branded assets for marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and company swag.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with brand standards, tone, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Edit engaging video content for marketing, social media, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Support video production through editing, motion graphics, formatting, and post-production workflows.
  • Repurpose video and visual content across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across marketing materials, social media, and digital campaigns is required.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience designing assets for email marketing, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with nonprofits, media organizations, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Passion for the company mission and a desire to make an impact through technology.
  • Must be based in India and available for a 40-hour-per-week contract with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
