Description

Transform long-form campaign assets such as videos and reports into multiple high-performing social formats, including Shorts, Reels, and static hooks.
Design and maintain master motion and static templates that enable local markets to create on-brand content independently.
Organize, tag, and maintain the central asset library so creative files are easy for regional teams to access.
Support production at major regional events by managing the shot list, capturing behind-the-scenes footage and interviews, and editing polished deliverables for publication.
Produce content with a strong focus on speed, impact, and platform-native execution.
Collaborate with regional teams to support decentralized content creation and creative consistency across markets.
Work in an APAC-friendly schedule starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
Use creative judgment to solve production and editing challenges quickly in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in video editing, social content creation, or multimedia production.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Native fluency in mobile editing suites such as CapCut for rapid turnaround edits.
A portfolio demonstrating the ability to adapt one core story across multiple social formats.
Strong fixer mentality and comfort solving creative problems on the fly in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with GenAI tools, especially Gemini, to speed up storyboarding or asset cleanup.
Experience shooting with mobile-first rigs such as gimbals and microphones in event environments.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
Availability to work in an APAC-friendly time zone starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
