Description

Own one or more end-to-end workflows across the content supply chain.
Define workflow intent, outcomes, and value across regions, brands, and operating models.
Define how Agentic AI agents orchestrate tasks, reduce manual effort, and enable adaptive workflows.
Specify human-in-the-loop controls, governance and escalation points, and compliance and trust requirements.
Partner with AI and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of workflow and AI solutions.
Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer that supports AI-driven workflows and enterprise scalability.
Define end-to-end data flows, data ownership, dependencies, movement, and analytics implications.
Identify and document integration requirements, system boundaries, and constraints.
Work closely with Solution Consultants, Business Analysts, and Architecture teams during discovery.
Define commercial logic for workflows, including value drivers, pricing implications, and packaging options.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, CSMs, Delivery, Strategic Operations, Finance, and Sales to validate assumptions and customer insights.
Use customer and market feedback to influence workflow prioritization, AI design decisions, and commercial positioning.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related strategic role.
Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceed business objectives.
Strong understanding of content supply chains in life sciences.
Experience designing end-to-end workflows, not just features.
Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, platform/infrastructure thinking, and data flows and integrations.
Ability to translate complex systems into clear value narratives.
Commercial acumen, including pricing logic, value drivers, and packaging concepts.
3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis.
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
