Description

  • Own one or more end-to-end workflows across the content supply chain.
  • Define workflow intent, outcomes, and value across regions, brands, and operating models.
  • Define how Agentic AI agents orchestrate tasks, reduce manual effort, and enable adaptive workflows.
  • Specify human-in-the-loop controls, governance and escalation points, and compliance and trust requirements.
  • Partner with AI and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of workflow and AI solutions.
  • Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer that supports AI-driven workflows and enterprise scalability.
  • Define end-to-end data flows, data ownership, dependencies, movement, and analytics implications.
  • Identify and document integration requirements, system boundaries, and constraints.
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants, Business Analysts, and Architecture teams during discovery.
  • Define commercial logic for workflows, including value drivers, pricing implications, and packaging options.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, CSMs, Delivery, Strategic Operations, Finance, and Sales to validate assumptions and customer insights.
  • Use customer and market feedback to influence workflow prioritization, AI design decisions, and commercial positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related strategic role.
  • Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceed business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of content supply chains in life sciences.
  • Experience designing end-to-end workflows, not just features.
  • Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, platform/infrastructure thinking, and data flows and integrations.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear value narratives.
  • Commercial acumen, including pricing logic, value drivers, and packaging concepts.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
