Description

  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, guiding digital transformation efforts and sharing market trends and best practices.
  • Provide product and service expertise across the full Viseven portfolio to ensure clients understand and maximize value from solutions.
  • Orchestrate and coordinate initiatives across internal teams to ensure successful execution and a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and stakeholder alignment, keeping all parties informed and on the same page.
  • Drive platform adoption and new ways of working by supporting onboarding and providing post-onboarding help, advice, and consultancy.
  • Measure progress and customer satisfaction, perform regular status reviews, and report performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify gaps and client pain points, convert them into opportunities, and support the Sales team during scoping of qualified opportunities.
  • Challenge customers constructively to improve outcomes and plug delivery or performance gaps when needed.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account teams to resolve issues and ensure continuous value delivery.

Requirements

  • Based in the APAC region (Manila indicated); role is full-time and remote-friendly.
  • Native or fluent in Japanese and English; Korean is a strong advantage and other APAC languages are a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital services.
  • Proven client engagement skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Project management capabilities with experience coordinating across multiple teams to drive outcomes.
  • Comfort with data and KPIs, including analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Soft skills: proactivity, curiosity, adaptability, active listening, teamwork, giving/receiving feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of relevant platforms and integrations is advantageous (e.g., DAM like Veeva, CRM like Veeva/Salesforce/IQVIA, marketing automation like SFMC or Eloqua).
