Description

  • Develop and integrate AI agents with tool use, memory, and context management using LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and foundational LLMs.
  • Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to retrieval layers, including hybrid search, vector search, and metadata filtering, optimized for LLM consumption.
  • Complete well-scoped, moderately complex engineering tasks with guidance and code reviews from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate on larger team-owned AI initiatives and follow modern GenAI application development practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases; familiarity with vector databases such as OpenSearch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI agent workflows, including tool use, memory, and context management, or strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of agentic patterns such as planning, retrieval, and self-correction.
  • Exposure to LangChain or LangGraph, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
  • Understanding of RAG workflows; hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with evaluation and testing approaches for AI systems.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS, or Bedrock, Docker, Kubernetes, or Python is preferred.
