Description

  • Build and manage the company’s project management system using tools such as Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Break company priorities into clear weekly tasks, timelines, owners, and deadlines.
  • Track progress across departments and identify bottlenecks before they become larger problems.
  • Lead daily huddles and keep the team focused on the highest-priority outcomes.
  • Coordinate communication across departments and maintain alignment on key priorities.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure execution is happening and not just being discussed.
  • Resolve internal friction, remove blockers, and maintain team momentum.
  • Monitor operational performance and marketing KPI progress, escalating misses early and driving follow-through.
  • Help lead AI implementation across departments and support the adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Coordinate product launch readiness, including contractors, vendors, packaging workflows, testing, approvals, documentation, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, brand operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience in a D2C brand, e-commerce business, skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer product company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and launch deliverables.
  • Experience supporting multiple product launches, contractor or consultant coordination, or compliance-heavy execution is a strong plus.
  • Experience improving workflows, introducing new systems, or driving adoption of productivity tools is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Clear, direct, and confident communicator who is comfortable with conflict resolution and cross-functional coordination.
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excited by AI and willing to help lead implementation across the business.
