Description

  • Build front-end and back-end components for digital products using a variety of web technologies.
  • Develop new applications, content sites, and ecommerce sites with Craft CMS, WordPress, and related tools.
  • Write clean code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Transform project requirements into efficient data models and performant queries.
  • Build visually accurate, responsive, and accessible interfaces from designs.
  • Write plugins or modules in PHP to extend CMS functionality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and clients during discovery and early design phases.
  • Review pull requests and participate in code review, standups, Slack discussions, and team meetings.
  • Work independently on smaller tasks or focus on specific build areas within larger projects.
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully while maintaining code quality and human judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience building both front-end and back-end features for web applications or CMS-driven sites.
  • Experience with Craft CMS, WordPress, or other modern web technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience defining data models and writing performant queries.
  • Ability to build responsive and accessible interfaces from design files.
  • Familiarity with DDEV, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and Astro, or eagerness to learn them.
  • Comfort working independently and context switching across multiple projects.
  • Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to digital accessibility, modern best practices, and continuous learning.
  • Work authorization without the need for visa sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available at this time.

  • Annual base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 depending on skills and experience.
