Description

  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working meetings to define business needs, priorities, and project scope.
  • Document current-state workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop improved future-state processes.
  • Analyze Salesforce application workflows, data, and reporting needs; partner with administrators and developers to refine solutions.
  • Translate public assistance, recovery support, grants management, and mitigation processes into application requirements and enhancements.
  • Develop epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve questions and align solutions with expectations.
  • Analyze program and application data, identify inconsistencies, and define reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing, document defects, and validate delivered functionality against requirements.
  • Maintain requirements, process flows, data mappings, and decision records to ensure traceability.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and other Agile delivery activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business process improvement, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce-based applications, including business workflows, data, reporting, or enhancements.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience documenting current- and future-state processes and recommending practical improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with business users, developers, Salesforce administrators, and Quality Engineers.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying inconsistencies, and defining reporting or dashboard requirements.
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing and tracking issues through resolution.
  • Experience in an Agile environment using Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.
  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residence with at least 3 of the past 5 years in the U.S., and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination; must pass a background investigation including a credit check.
  • Availability for collaboration during Eastern Time work hours; work must be performed in the United States.
  • Experience with public assistance, recovery support, grants management, mitigation programs, state/local government, DHS, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, cloud modernization, or Salesforce integrations is preferred.
