Description

  • Drive onboarding and implementation for new and expanding customers to improve time-to-value.
  • Manage multi-threaded enterprise projects involving internal and external stakeholders over long time horizons.
  • Develop implementation project plans in coordination with payments, fintech, and banking experts.
  • Gather business requirements and interpret technical documentation to advise on integration best practices.
  • Help customers reduce compliance scope through implementation guidance and technical support.
  • Collaborate with account management, support, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify risks, proactively manage issues, and resolve or escalate blockers in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to simplify and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Support customers through technical challenges related to proxy connectivity, integrations, and platform features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical project management or technology consultation experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated problem solver who can thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to support tasks across multiple projects independently.
  • Analytical and technically proficient, with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a Waterfall or Agile environment with strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience using a project management tool such as JIRA, MS Project, or SmartSheet.
  • Ability to work in one of the currently hired states, if applicable, and no employment sponsorship is available.
  • Preferred experience working with payments, fintech, or banking stakeholders.
