Description

  • Drive revenue by selling Versapay’s AR automation, collaboration, cash application, and digital payment solutions to new customers.
  • Convert qualified leads from SDRs into opportunities and consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Sales Support, partners, and leadership to develop account strategy and coordinate pre-sales activities and targeted demos.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline in Salesforce and use prospecting tools to maintain an accurate forecast and defined sales approach.
  • Create tailored business cases with champions that quantify ROI and the impact of modernizing AR processes.
  • Qualify prospects and guide them through the buyer’s journey, engaging stakeholders across finance (CFO/CAO/CIO/Controllers/Treasurers) and multi‑person buying committees.
  • Own territory/patch strategy, target accounts, and travel seasonally to meet clients and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Proactively maintain product knowledge, identify and close personal knowledge gaps, and continuously test process improvements to increase revenue and improve customer/partner experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into finance or within FinTech/ERP contexts.
  • Track record of closing mid‑market and enterprise deals and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Comfortable closing deals with an average selling price of $100K+ and working with buying committees of 5+ stakeholders.
  • Experience creating tailored business cases and quantifying ROI to support the case for change.
  • Strong mastery of discovery: curious, confident, and able to deeply understand customer problems.
  • Experience managing opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce and using prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).
  • High activity and execution orientation — able to make a high volume of outreach (e.g., up to ~50 calls/day) and maintain an accurate forecast.
  • Self-directed owner of professional development and outcomes, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Based in the United States and able to work remotely, with willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000–$110,000 per year.
  • Compensation structure 50% base / 50% commission with On‑Target Earnings of $180,000–$220,000.
  • Remote (United States) work arrangement.
  • Seasonal travel opportunities to meet clients and represent Versapay at trade shows and industry events.
