Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for channel-sourced opportunities, from qualification to close, working with Channel Partner Managers and partners.
  • Drive revenue for Versapay’s AR automation, cash application, collaboration, and digital payment solutions and consistently achieve or exceed quota.
  • Collaborate and co-sell with partners, Sales Engineers, Product Architects, and Sales Support to create account strategies and targeted demos.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline in Salesforce, maintain accurate forecasting, and execute account mapping and revenue-driving activities.
  • Articulate product value to finance leaders (CFOs/CAOs/CIOs, Controllers/Treasurers), educate prospects on reducing DSO and streamlining OPEX, and guide them through the buyer’s journey.
  • Develop and own a book of partners, build go-to-market strategies for target accounts, and represent Versapay at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Act as the deal quarterback, coordinating pre-sales activities, ensuring accurate pricing and product recommendations, and setting customer expectations through onboarding and handoff to customer success.
  • Apply commercial insight (Challenger approach) to teach, tailor conversations, create urgency, and drive next steps toward purchase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally at a tech startup and selling into finance or accounting teams.
  • Experience with ERP or ERP integrations is preferred.
  • Proven track record closing mid-market deals (and ability to close Enterprise deals with executive-level engagement).
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with average deal sizes of $50K+.
  • Experience working with channel partners and converting partner-sourced leads into closed business.
  • Strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and process-oriented sales execution.
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels and navigating buying committees of 5+ members.
  • Competitive, proactive self-starter mindset with strong consultative/Challenger selling skills and bias toward action.

Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000 - $110,000 with 50% base / 50% commission structure.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) approximately $180,000 - $220,000.
  • Remote (United States) role (#LI-Remote).
