Description

  • Own the global Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and execution.
  • Set the multi-year vision for how Versapay connects to financial networks across North America, EMEA, and expansion markets.
  • Translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap with measurable outcomes such as auth rate, cost per transaction, settlement speed, uptime, and geographic coverage.
  • Lead engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, technical design partnership, sprint planning, and release readiness.
  • Design and operate network connectivity across fiat and crypto rails, including direct and indirect connections through processors, sponsor banks, custodians, and on/off-ramp partners.
  • Own redundancy, resiliency, and performance, including fault tolerance, automated failover, and graceful degradation across providers and rails.
  • Manage compliance across networks, chains, and jurisdictions by translating operating rules into product requirements before audit findings occur.
  • Represent Versapay externally with card networks, bank networks, sponsor banks, processors, stablecoin issuers, custodians, on/off-ramp partners, and regulators.
  • Apply AI capabilities to network operations such as intelligent routing, decline recovery, anomaly detection, fraud and sanctions signals, settlement forecasting, and automation.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on payment networks, money movement mechanics, stablecoin and on-chain settlement, and global rail economics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in payments or fintech product management.
  • At least 3 years owning a platform or infrastructure product end to end.
  • Experience owning a roadmap globally, not just regionally.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, integrating, and operating payment network connections across both fiat and crypto rails.
  • Experience shipping and running direct or indirect connections to card networks and EMEA bank networks.
  • Hands-on experience with stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp integrations, custody connections, and at least one production payment flow on a public chain.
  • Deep payments expertise across North America and EMEA, spanning fiat and crypto.
  • Track record of leading engineering teams through the full SDLC, including requirements, technical design, sprint cadence, and delivery.
  • Experience building or materially improving a routing engine, failover strategy, or network performance program.
  • Ability to represent the company in partner and regulator-facing settings.
  • AI-forward experience with LLMs, ML, or agentic systems applied to network operations is preferred.
  • Excellent executive and partner communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, bias-to-action mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.

  • Annual base salary of $170,000 to $190,000.
