Description

  • Support the full supply chain process for clinical radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring documentation and critical steps are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Manage inventory including retest/expiry oversight and coordinate shipment of key materials (e.g., isotope, precursor)
  • Raise and escalate quality‑related issues to QA and Supply Chain teams
  • Maintain accurate records of supply, expenses, and clinical product usage and keep contemporaneous, compliant manufacturing/supply records
  • Act as an SAP user for purchase order creation, goods receipting, and invoice processing
  • Conduct batch data trending and assist with operational metrics and reporting
  • Organise internal and external meetings and vendor calls, take minutes, and support cross‑functional coordination
  • Prepare presentations and project materials to support supply chain and CMC activities
  • Ensure compliance with the company Quality System and pharmacovigilance expectations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and expand supply chain/CMC knowledge

Requirements

  • Scientific degree or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience with radiopharmaceuticals or clinical supply chain/logistics (desirable)
  • Experience or understanding of EU GMP principles (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability or willingness to act as an SAP user for PO raising, goods receipting, and invoice processing
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of pharmacovigilance expectations or experience working within quality systems (desirable)
