Description

  • Lead a team of 5 systems engineers and own all IT SaaS infrastructure.
  • Lead IT systems projects end to end across multiple platforms and departments.
  • Develop and maintain identity management, endpoint management, and security infrastructure.
  • Design, build, and optimize automations using scripting and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Functions.
  • Architect and support integrations using Terraform, Okta Workflows, or similar tools.
  • Develop and maintain system and security policies aligned with best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Business Systems, and People Operations on scalable solutions.
  • Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for highly complex technical issues.
  • Create runbooks, scripts, and technical documentation to support operations.
  • Continuously improve system architecture, workflow automation, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience and 4+ years in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, IT security, or related technical roles.
  • Advanced experience with identity management, SCIM integrations, and full user lifecycle management.
  • Significant experience with Okta or similar identity platforms.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills, especially Python for automations.
  • Experience building automations with AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows or other enterprise automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
  • Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for configuration management and policy automation.
  • Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently from concept through completion.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and experience partnering across teams to drive technical excellence.

  • Estimated annual pay range of $200,000-$250,000 USD.
  • Additional compensation may include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or RSUs.
