Description

  • Initiate quality records promptly and accurately for identified deviations in alignment with industry and client expectations.
  • Conduct thorough deviation investigations using root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Assess the impact of deviations on product quality with input from multiple departments.
  • Identify, recommend, and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on investigation findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective CAPA implementation.
  • Resolve internal and client comments related to investigations in a timely manner.
  • Retrieve supporting documents to substantiate investigation findings.
  • Conduct interviews with manufacturing operators to gather relevant information.
  • Work toward meeting the minimum weekly deviation closure requirement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the investigation and closure process.

Requirements

  • Experience or demonstrated ability to initiate and complete quality records in a timely manner.
  • Strong thoroughness and accuracy in deviation investigations.
  • Ability to meet the minimum requirement of closing deviations per week.
  • Effectiveness in identifying and implementing CAPA measures.
  • Possible availability and responsiveness during weekends.
  • Ability to resolve internal and client comments efficiently.
  • Competency in retrieving supporting documents and conducting interviews.
  • Salary range for US-based candidates is $70,491 to $108,980 USD.
