Description

  • Credential providers end-to-end, including managing high-volume credentialing caseloads.
  • Develop and improve best practices and workflows for provider credentialing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
  • Research and help define credentialing policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Streamline credentialing processes to make operations more organized and efficient.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant credentialing management experience with physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
  • Familiarity with NCQA standards is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Professional experience using Google Suite, including Gmail and Google Docs, and Adobe.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and balance solo work with team collaboration.
  • Must be located in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
