Description

  • Drive promotional effectiveness analytics across channels, audiences, and customer segments.
  • Build and interpret promotional response models, ROI analyses, campaign measurements, and optimization capabilities.
  • Estimate sales impact using statistical and predictive modeling and design test-and-learn approaches.
  • Support segmentation, targeting, field sizing, territory alignment, goal setting, and incentive compensation analyses.
  • Develop and maintain patient-based demand forecasts and patient funnel or flow models.
  • Reconcile demand signals with financial forecasts and supply planning inputs, explaining variances and assumption changes.
  • Build reusable analytics assets from CRM, field activity, patient services, market access, specialty pharmacy, and sales data.
  • Apply and evaluate AI and generative AI tools for analysis, reporting automation, and unstructured data synthesis.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans and deliver executive-level readouts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, Legal, and Compliance to ensure effective and compliant analytics practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial analytics, business insights, or commercial data experience within biotech or pharmaceutical commercial teams.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline preferred; equivalent quantitative or scientific bachelor’s experience considered.
  • Experience owning promotional effectiveness work, including response modeling, ROI analysis, and channel or campaign measurement.
  • Experience supporting patient-based demand forecasting, including funnel or patient flow models.
  • Hands-on experience with real-world data such as claims, lab, specialty pharmacy, HUB, prescription, or shipment data.
  • Experience working with CRM, field activity, patient services, market access, and channel data.
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with Tableau or Power BI; Python, SQL, or R experience is a plus.
  • Current practical experience applying AI tools to biotechnology commercial work.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across broad stakeholder groups with limited direction.
  • Forecasting, primary market research, specialty or rare disease launch, biotech build-out, or analytics vendor management experience preferred.
  • Remote work within the United States with approximately 25% travel required.

  • Base salary range of $145,000–$210,000 USD.
