Description

  • Translate alliance strategy into technical plans, priorities, and execution with alliance leadership.
  • Define and validate integrations, interoperability, reference architectures, validated designs, and solution blueprints.
  • Identify technical gaps and dependencies and coordinate roadmap alignment with Product and Engineering.
  • Represent Veeam with partner technical stakeholders and support strategic customer and partner opportunities.
  • Create joint technical assets such as briefs, diagrams, guidance, demos, and validation materials.
  • Train and enable internal teams and partner field teams on deployment considerations and solution positioning.
  • Track technical milestones including validations, integrations, enablement readiness, and field adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, alliances, sales, marketing, and field teams to turn partner strategy into practical solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, data protection, security, cloud, or solution-focused technical roles.
  • Deep expertise in backup and recovery, cyber resilience, security architecture, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in alliances or partner roles translating business priorities into technical architectures and joint solutions.
  • Ability to engage credibly with partner product teams, architects, engineers, and technical executives.
  • Experience producing technical assets such as reference architectures, validated designs, integration blueprints, and technical GTM content.
  • Strong integration experience across APIs, platform integrations, and interoperability in infrastructure, security, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise security platforms, including cyber recovery architectures, DSPM, identity protection, AI infrastructure, and adjacent security technologies.
  • Preferred experience working across alliance ecosystems involving security vendors, cloud platforms, infrastructure providers, and AI technology partners such as Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Red Hat OpenShift, and NVIDIA.
  • Preferred familiarity with Veeam and concepts including data resilience, ransomware recovery, and enterprise backup architecture.
  • Preferred experience delivering multi-vendor joint solutions across ISVs, service providers, and broader ecosystem partners.
  • Preferred experience operating in global, distributed organizations across regions and time zones.
