Description

  • Build a deep understanding of customer business priorities, operating models, IT strategies, and data center environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Veeam solutions.
  • Support issue management, escalations, and resolution in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.
  • Provide guidance on operational planning, risk mitigation, and deployment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers across internal cross-functional teams.
  • Lead regular operational cadence calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Perform health checks of Veeam environments and recommend optimizations and best practices.
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify new opportunities and drive account growth.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, best practices, and lessons learned to customers.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Deep knowledge of data protection, data management, and backup solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage, networking, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing complex environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, escalation management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Certifications such as VMCE, VMCA, VMware VCP, or Microsoft MCSE are a plus.
  • Experience with VCSP environments or service provider ecosystems is preferred.
  • Exposure to data analytics and advanced data management strategies is preferred.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments is preferred.
  • Travel up to 50% is required.
