Description

  • Lead interoperability projects and provider outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with provider group partners and vendors.
  • Create, maintain, and update project plans.
  • Help develop operational strategy and market approach for the initiative.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify improvement actions and monitor initiative impact.
  • Direct testing and validation of data connections to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of operational dashboards.
  • Track development progress, resolve data quality or integration issues, and drive continuous improvement in interoperability programs.
  • Serve as the TEFCA subject matter expert.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in health care operations or health insurance, including direct work with provider groups.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering interoperability projects or programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of TEFCA.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Risk Adjustment experience is preferred.
  • Basic SQL or BQ query writing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from Dallas, TX.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and autonomy and building end-to-end processes.
