Description

  • Perform the quoting process for complex use cases within established procedures.
  • Coordinate complex quoting cases with Sales, Renewals, Deal Desk, Licensing, and other teams.
  • Ensure Sales provides all relevant details needed for accurate quoting.
  • Maintain current knowledge of quoting policy, licensing, pricing, processes, and products.
  • Act as a knowledge center for internal and external teams on quoting processes and policies.
  • Propose process improvements to streamline quoting and improve internal collaboration and customer experience.
  • Work with management to unify operational processes and procedures across regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment in a coordination and administrative capacity.
  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in Sales, Renewals, Licensing, or Order Processing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and logical thinking.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter who is organized, responsible, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Must be permanently located in Romania or otherwise eligible to work in the location requirement implied by the posting.
