Description

  • Translate stakeholder business requirements into scalable healthcare data and technical solutions.
  • Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that guide solution design and performance improvements.
  • Lead and support implementation, deployment, and integration of healthcare IT solutions.
  • Assess client needs, define requirements, and customize solutions to align with operational workflows.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions to support technology adoption.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot client issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback while coordinating internal resolution efforts.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Balance stakeholder needs, manage conflict, and adapt plans to drive effective results in complex situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proficiency with Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment.
  • Ability to build trust, receive feedback, manage competing stakeholder needs, and adapt communication and behavior to different situations.
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate trends, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
