Description

  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned IHA programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
  • Track program requirements, data submission schedules, testing cycles, and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed program plans, risk logs, issue tracking, and resolution workflows.
  • Translate documented program requirements into actionable tasks for data, product, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate development, validation, and release activities tied to program needs.
  • Monitor data ingestion, analytics outputs, and reporting accuracy, and drive issue resolution.
  • Support health plan onboarding, training, and ongoing operational needs in partnership with Customer Success and Implementation teams.
  • Prepare and distribute program communications, status updates, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain program dashboards and tracking tools to provide visibility into status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and decision points to the Director of Partnerships with clear context and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or health plan management.
  • 5+ years of experience in health care performance-based program management across a health plan, vendor, consortium, or public health organization.
  • 5+ years of experience with program and project management methodologies, including PMI and Agile.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-project environments.
  • Expertise in resource planning and risk management.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP or PgPg certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Clear, proactive communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
