Description

  • Drive the Risk Adjustment domain roadmap and translate strategic priorities into actionable product inputs.
  • Define domain outcome standards, solution design principles, and minimum viable configurations.
  • Identify portfolio gaps, build ROI-based investment cases, and influence prioritization decisions.
  • Own discovery, prioritization, and scoping of customer feedback and domain-related requests.
  • Lead pilots and validation of new capabilities, including test design, success criteria, and productization decisions.
  • Ensure consistent, standardized Risk Adjustment solutions across business segments.
  • Develop the domain value narrative, buyer-ready proof points, and competitive differentiation.
  • Monitor CMS and CMMI developments, competitive activity, and buyer expectations; translate findings into forward-looking actions.
  • Align Product & Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and Services on domain decisions without direct authority.
  • Support growth objectives as a Risk Adjustment subject-matter expert.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, clinical services, or health plan operations, with deep Risk Adjustment expertise.
  • Direct experience at a healthcare SaaS company in product, solutions, or strategy with domain accountability.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a domain-level strategy or product area with measurable outcomes.
  • Commercial orientation and experience working in or alongside revenue-generating functions.
  • Ability to translate domain capabilities into buyer ROI and independently develop value narratives.
  • Experience tracking and responding to CMS rulemaking or CMMI program evolution (preferred).
  • Experience building or evaluating domain-specific content, workflows, or analytics embedded in customer operations at scale (preferred).
  • Understanding of both payer and provider perspectives, incentives, and accountability within Risk Adjustment (preferred).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, define metrics, and use data for investment decisions (preferred).
  • Precise, credible executive communication with VP and C-suite audiences; strong strategic, analytical, adaptable, and organizational skills.
