Description

  • Discover client challenges, stakeholder dynamics, workflow realities, and operational constraints.
  • Identify AI-addressable opportunities across messy, manual, and cross-functional business processes.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured problem statements, use cases, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
  • Lead workshops, interviews, working sessions, and art-of-the-possible discussions.
  • Define KPIs, quantify business value, and develop business cases for AI and data investments.
  • Build relationships with executives, functional leaders, and end users while communicating trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prototype and iterate solutions using AI-assisted, low-code, and no-code tools.
  • Partner with technologists to develop prototypes, identify scale-readiness gaps, and move validated ideas toward delivery.
  • Drive adoption-minded solution design, change communication, and improved ways of working.
  • Own business-facing client leadership, including scope, risk, priorities, decisions, and executive relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with an interest in technology-driven process optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, executive storytelling, workshop facilitation, active listening, and business-case development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with executives, functional leaders, and end users in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience framing ambiguous business problems as structured use cases, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
  • Ability to connect solutions to measurable value through KPIs, ROI, adoption metrics, cycle-time improvements, risk reduction, and time-to-value.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to move from requirements to prototypes, pilots, and scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on comfort with AI copilots, analytics tools, workflow tools, and low/no-code platforms.
  • User-centered mindset with empathy for operational exceptions, workarounds, and organizational friction.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and ability to make progress without perfect requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, information systems, design, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. Experience with modern data and AI platforms, executive technology business cases, engineering or delivery teams, change management, adoption planning, or operating-model design is preferred.
