Description

  • Develop and implement Compliance Team goals, plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop policies and procedures aligned with the Company’s contractual obligations.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring and audits of high-risk areas, prepare reports, and track corrective actions.
  • Conduct the annual conflict-of-interest assessment and manage its monitoring system.
  • Oversee the Third-Party Assurance process, including vendor risk assessments and issue remediation discussions.
  • Support SOC 2 and HITRUST audits and coordinate external client audits, assessments, and surveys.
  • Manage the Company’s corporate insurance portfolio and registrations.
  • Serve as a compliance resource for internal personnel and promote open communication.
  • Manage or support special projects across functional areas as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Current working knowledge of applicable auditing standards and techniques.
  • Understanding of CMS compliance requirements preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and organize work efficiently.
  • Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and operate effectively in a flexible, non-structured environment.
  • Strong computer and software skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
