Description

  • Lead the UX and visual design of the website with a focus on optimizing user journeys to drive demo bookings and other key conversions.
  • Design mobile-first, responsive experiences that translate seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
  • Champion and implement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure the website is usable by everyone.
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and usability studies to validate design decisions and iterate based on user data.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate user flows and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align design decisions with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and Figma component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Mentor a junior designer, providing guidance on craft and UX thinking.
  • Stay current with UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and emerging web design trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX-focused work.
  • Portfolio must include at least one detailed case study demonstrating measurable business impact (conversion rate improvements, engagement metrics, etc.).
  • Proven experience optimizing websites for conversion with examples of measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and experience implementing accessible design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with analytics and user research tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS and the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
  • Experience with modern CMS platforms (e.g., StoryBlok, Contentful, WordPress) and designing within technical constraints.
  • Experience with A/B testing and iterative, data-informed design processes; strong communication skills; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; SaaS/software industry experience is a plus.
