Description

  • Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve user problems.
  • Design elegant, simple user interfaces and interaction flows.
  • Build user-centric prototypes to validate concepts and inform development.
  • Conduct user research and split/A-B testing and apply findings to improve designs.
  • Collect stakeholder and cross-functional feedback and iterate on solutions.
  • Write detailed UI/UX specifications to clearly communicate requirements and rationale to engineers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to align teams and guide product decisions at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human-Computer Interaction field.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, and product-thinking skills.
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability research and applying findings to improve product experiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making with research-backed insights.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with or interest in designing AI/ML-driven product experiences and emerging technologies.
