Description

  • Lead delivery and evolution of live Varicent product enablement sessions, including the Admin Enablement Program and What’s New webinars.
  • Design and iterate on vILT curriculum with instructional designers and product SMEs to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with customer needs.
  • Identify gaps in the customer learning ecosystem and propose new modules, tracks, learning formats, and supporting materials.
  • Keep training content current with the latest product updates, features, and best practices.
  • Apply adult learning principles and interactive techniques to improve engagement and retention.
  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions using platforms such as Zoom, zuddl, Kahoot, and Docebo.
  • Adapt facilitation in real time based on audience needs, engagement, and learner feedback.
  • Gather and analyze post-session feedback to refine future training experiences.
  • Mentor facilitators and support onboarding and skill development for new team members.
  • Represent Education in cross-functional working groups, customer-facing events, and special projects that improve the learning experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in instructional delivery, technical training, or customer enablement.
  • Strong understanding of software products, preferably in incentive compensation, enterprise SaaS, or analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, learner-friendly content.
  • Experience with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom and zuddl, collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint, and LMS tools such as Docebo.
  • Experience working with or training users on Varicent or similar compensation management platforms; prior Varicent product knowledge is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning, instructional design, or facilitation best practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven track record of mentoring peers and contributing to team growth and maturity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-obsessed, flexible, and collaborative approach.
  • Eligible to participate in the variable compensation program.
  • Base salary range of $92,160 to $115,200 CAD.
