Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead research and qualification through meetings, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Book meetings through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Present the platform to prospective clients and tailor the value proposition to their needs.
  • Engage decision-makers across financial services, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Contribute to and refine the go-to-market and sales strategy for the DACH region.
  • Take ownership of an SDR after the onboarding period to support lead generation and demo booking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support closing and growth efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in FinTech or a related sector, preferred.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate buying cycles, and create urgency.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in financial services.
  • Experience selling to tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking firms, a big plus.
  • Ownership mindset with initiative, accountability, and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Availability to work full-time.
