Description

  • Work with structured and unstructured data to support model development and analysis.
  • Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions, including traditional and LLM-based approaches.
  • Apply techniques such as RAG, embeddings, and fine-tuning where appropriate.
  • Develop and optimize AI applications using agentic patterns such as tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
  • Apply evaluation frameworks to assess model and system performance.
  • Deploy models and support them in production using engineering and MLOps best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging AI techniques and experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
  • Translate business questions into clear data science approaches and identify opportunities where AI can add value.
  • Communicate results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support project scoping and guide less experienced team members when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and predictive modelling.
  • Exposure to Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience working with real-world production data problems.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, including Agentic AI systems, is preferred.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and taking models into production environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to modern data engineering practices and integration with data pipelines is preferred.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI practices, including bias, evaluation, and safety, is preferred.
