Description

  • Develop and execute coordinated plans for a portfolio of 3-10 projects, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, risks, and resource needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and government agencies to align on project objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets and financials to ensure cost control and adherence to financial targets.
  • Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to ensure alignment with program goals and customer expectations.
  • Partner with the chief engineer or lead engineer on program leadership and execution.
  • Report program status and execution issues to the General Manager, Voyager Energetics and leadership team.
  • Support customer and government-facing program reviews, industry conferences, and site visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in project management, supply chain management, or operations.
  • Experience managing defense or government projects.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, or customers.
  • Experience using project management software to manage schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnights.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level; U.S. citizenship required.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain applicable state and federal explosives licenses, including minimum age of 21 and successful completion of required background investigations.
  • U.S. person status for export-control compliance, including U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or ability to obtain required authorizations.

  • Base salary range of $170,000-$200,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
