Description

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and cold outreach to networking and deal closure.
Drive new business across global markets, with a focus on US and European opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Databricks Account Executives and Client Partners in a partner-led sales model to identify and close opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Negotiate and close deals while building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
Work independently across global time zones to meet revenue targets and sales objectives.

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in B2B Technology, IT Services, or SaaS sales (the role overview also notes 4–7 years).
Proven track record in lead generation, cold outreach, and closing deals.
Experience working in a partner-led or channel sales model.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently across global time zones to meet revenue targets.
Market exposure to US and Europe is preferred.
Comfortable operating as an individual contributor managing end-to-end sales activities.
