Description

  • Develop interior concepts, material palettes, mood boards, and drawing sets across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Own the design process from inception and concept development through detailed design and handover.
  • Ensure design integrity aligns with brand identity and delivers strong user experiences across all assets.
  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, CGI artists, consultants, FF&E specialists, and client representatives throughout project development.
  • Work closely with the Head of Design, lead designer, and wider team to progress projects and resolve design decisions.
  • Create distinctive design languages for different properties while preserving overall brand DNA.
  • Bring experiential ideas to materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling.
  • Facilitate technical design through construction and liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Produce clear weekly intermediate deliverables and participate in daily team meetings while working remotely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural or interior design.
  • 2-3+ years in a senior-level role with team oversight responsibilities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Proven design ownership from concept to construction, ideally across multiple global locations.
  • Deep understanding of interior architecture processes and RIBA project stages.
  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-expectation clients.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with presentation and rendering tools such as Rhino, Enscape, 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, or V-Ray.
  • Strong documentation, mood boarding, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Professional-level English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with up to 40 hours per week and daily team meetings.
  • Portfolio is required.
