Description

  • Interpret client briefs and develop creative concepts in collaboration with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects.
  • Produce interior sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders for project development and review.
  • Specify high-quality finishes, products, and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and objectives.
  • Prepare FF&E documentation and project packages.
  • Collaborate with procurement on sourcing and purchasing FF&E.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers to support project delivery.
  • Design spaces that deliver a high-end user experience and are optimized for functionality.
  • Refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining performance and visual appeal.
  • Independently explore innovative materials and techniques to improve future projects.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional interior design experience, ideally in a studio setting.
  • Experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects.
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in FF&E and the ability to produce technical drawings and specifications.
  • Advanced knowledge of material properties and interior solutions.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, including AutoCAD and 3ds Max (V-Ray); Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are also relevant.
  • Ability to produce sketch renders using tools such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, or V-Ray.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Portfolio sample of professional and academic work.
  • Procurement experience is an advantage.
