Description

  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify organizational skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Design, develop, facilitate, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessments, surveys, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to training programs, content, and delivery methods.
  • Lead and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs when needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including learning plans, systems access, equipment, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with People Operations, managers, and subject matter experts to develop training materials and job aids.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reporting, and learning documentation.
  • Coach and mentor peers or junior training staff and lead enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Support compliance, quality, leadership development, and other People Operations programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or organizational development.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and designing learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze learning data and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience with employee onboarding programs (preferred).
  • Experience using LMS and HRIS platforms (preferred).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design (preferred).
  • Experience mentoring others or leading cross-functional learning initiatives (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
