Description

  • Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions.
  • Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions.
  • Work with technical teams and executive leadership to take complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or be in the final stages of completion.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in .NET and C#.
  • Strong experience with SQL.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development.
  • Comfort working in Agile development environments.
  • Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to contribute wherever needed to support broader company objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
