Description

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company objectives and marketing goals.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across major social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and produce graphics, videos, and other visual assets for social posts and ads.
  • Write compelling social media copy that stays consistent with the brand voice.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and oversee day-to-day content publishing.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and support community engagement.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to improve awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results using analytics tools, and report on ROI with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate with junior staff, interns, agencies, or freelancers as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
