Description

  • Create and schedule posts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop creative content that aligns with the brand message and mission.
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and report on campaign performance to improve future strategies.
  • Stay current on social media trends and emerging tools to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated social media campaigns.
  • Help manage the online community and maintain a positive, inclusive conversation.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media marketing and current social media trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
