Description

  • Develop and implement visually appealing designs for advertisements, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create on-brand graphics for social media, websites, emails, and print materials.
  • Design illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to support content and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on visuals for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and content teams to produce effective design assets.
  • Maintain and strengthen Uptalent.io’s visual brand identity across all materials.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and innovative.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects across multiple mediums.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience designing digital marketing assets for social media, email, and web.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS skills, preferred.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software, preferred.
