Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. and Canadian architectural and engineering client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and address their concerns and needs.
  • Build strong working relationships between contractors and client firms.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and support growth of contractor placements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand services and add additional contractor resources.
  • Lead new client onboarding and ensure contractors are integrated smoothly into client teams.
  • Collect feedback from clients and contractors and share insights internally to improve services.
  • Resolve client and contractor issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Reliable laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a comfortable remote work setup.
  • Comfortable using videoconferencing tools for client and contractor interactions.
  • Native English.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and multitask.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and enjoys speaking with people.
